As its name implies, forest yoga is a yoga practice in a soothing forest environment. Halti Outdoor Weekend Forest Yoga combines elements that enhance the body and mind of yoga with the soothing effect of Finnish forests.

Halti Outdoor Weekend Forest Yoga consists of a few kilometers of hiking, yoga and relaxation. In forest yoga, body-opening yoga asanas are made and nature is sensed by all five senses. As a result, man returns to his natural state and to the present.

According to studies, forest baths include lower blood pressure, improve metabolism and relieve depression. In addition, the forest improves alertness and concentration.

Your yoga instructor is Karri Takko, a 37-year-old family father, wellness coach and yoga teacher. “I attended my first yoga class more than ten years ago in India, after which yoga has been a part of my life. I have visited several times later in India, the birthplace of yoga, practicing and learn more. In my classes I combine the exercises and exercises that I feel best. Now I teach traditional Indian exercises in Finland and try to combine the effectiveness of the exercises with the North in a way that suits us, of which forest yoga is a good example. ”
